Welcome and thank you for exploring your curiosity to discover more about Kundalini Yoga with Chand!

I invite you to explore my class offerings below, and in person, with the offering that everyone’s first class is offered for free so that you can experience for yourself if this practice is right for you!

This Kundalini Yoga class is a welcoming, non-judgmental space open to both beginners and experienced practitioners.

You’ll be guided to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and listen closely to your body—there is no expectation to perform or push beyond your limits.

Classes integrate breath, movement, rest, focus, meditation, and mantra in structured sequences (called Kriyas), designed to support the alignment of the head, heart, and gut brains.

Breath leads every movement, and pauses are built in to allow the effects of the practice to settle and integrate. Safety and self-awareness are always prioritized over intensity or form.

I teach Kundalini Yoga as a practical, embodied technology for working with stress, tension, and stagnant energy held in the body.

While meditation alone is an essential practice, this work meets the physical and nervous systems directly, supporting release, regulation, and vitality in a way that stillness alone often cannot.

You don’t need prior experience or specific beliefs—only a willingness to breathe and meet yourself where you are. Many students leave class feeling clearer, lighter, and more at ease than when they arrived.


Kundalini Yoga offers many potential benefits to many levels of our experience of life.

From the physical, to the somatic, to the subtle, to the causal levels, Kundalini Yoga is here to help you refine, release, transform and integrate your lived experience.

This is a practice of giving forward that which we have held from the past in order to offer our future to the present moment.

Kundalini Yoga on the physical level has the potential to help with :

Kundalini Yoga on the somatic level has the potential to help with:

  • Enhancing mind-body-emotional connection
  • Transforming and Integrating somatic-based perspectives
  • Healing ancestral and generational wounding (13 generations!)

  • Enhancing ability for presence during times of tension & stress

Kundalini Yoga on the subtle level has the potential to help with:

  • Enhancing, refining and the subtle energy (qi, prana, nadi) channels
  • Restoring coherence to the subtle systems and their interconnection
  • Bringing inner awareness to the subtle body’s physical manifestation
  • Bringing alignment to the flow of energy through the chakras
  • Enhancing coherence between intuition, emotion and mind

  • Broadening conscious awareness
  • Aligning mind and body with core of our spirit
  • Understanding the Soul’s guarantee for success
  • Realizing the cosmic connection between inner and outer Self
  • Making clear our individual path of purpose in life

Current Classes are exclusively being held weekly and in-person here in Fairfield, Iowa at the Beautiful HFI Creativity Lab!

In Kundalini Yoga, we recommend bringing to class:

  • Yoga Mat (there are a few extra at the Lab)
  • Cushion for Comfort in Seated Position & Meditation
  • Props (if needed): Yoga Blocks, Straps, etc.
  • Blanket for Savasana
  • Journal

It is also recommended – not required – to wear loose fitting, comfortable, natural clothing that allow for ease of range of movement.

Class fees will be $15 per student per week for a drop-in rate.

Practitioners who are interested in attending classes weekly qualify for a discounted rate options of $40 upfront for 4 consecutive weeks, or $96 for a 12 week package!

One thing I value is to extend the idea of economics beyond that of financial exchange. With that, I am opening this space to embrace the economics of gift exchange!

No Charge for your First Class!

As a service offering to our community, in alignment with my own values of Seva – service without expectation – I am offering each individual’s first Kundalini Yoga class as a gift, thus being free of charge!

I invite you to to attend a class, and see for yourself if this experience calls to you.

There is great responsibility in self-initiation into a practice, and I want to hold this space open for all to understand if this experiential practice is in alignment and resonance!

Referral Exchange Program

Another way that we can embrace the economics of gifting is through referring friends to check out the class!

For every person which you refer to their first Kundalini Yoga class, you will receive an additional gift of a free class!

In this way, there is an incentive to gift the embodiment practice of Kundalini Yoga to new practitioners, to give the gift of expansion our community circle, and to receive the gift of class access without financial payment!
